You need to KNOW ADHD to manage ADHD

Who am I?

As a mom of two and a lifelong teacher, I know firsthand the deep joys and daily hurdles of raising and educating children.

I see the exhausting struggles that families and teachers face every day, but I also know the incredible breakthroughs that happen when a student finally feels understood. To help bridge this gap, I bring specialized clinical expertise directly to your corner. I hold a Doctorate in Special Education with a research focus on inattentive ADHD in girls, and I am a Certified ADHD Educator (ADHD-CE). I also hold an M.Ed. in English tailored for kids with learning disabilities and credentials as a certified dyslexia interventionist.

Every child deserves a personalized map for learning, because one-size-fits-all schooling rarely works.

My approach centers on deeply getting to know your child's natural strengths and building upward from there. Together, we can honestly accept the hardships, target the core reading and attention struggles, and create a supportive path where your child can truly thrive.

A holistic approach

ADHD affects every aspect of a child’s life; their scholastic experiences and success, their social connections, their relationship with friends and family, and their overall emotional, psychological, and physical well-being.

I believe in treating multiple areas; academic coaching for the child to teach them executive function skills and behavior, teacher training to help create an ADHD-minded environment, and parent coaching to improve home life for the child and their family members.

Take the first step now.
